About Our New Member Program:

Hello! My name is Paige Ferris, and I am Alpha Xi Delta’s New Member Orientation Director. My job is to help our new members during the process of becoming initiated into our Sisterhood. As the New Member educator, I will do my best to help all new members feel comfortable, confident, prepared, and excited about what our Sisterhood has to offer. Alpha Xi Delta has and continues to create meaningful relationships, leadership opportunities, and a support system for all its members. In order to best be prepared for what Alpha Xi Delta has in store for you, we offer a 10-week program designed to help new members learn all about Alpha Xi. This includes learning about the history, values, philanthropy, and what leadership opportunities Alpha Xi has to offer. This program also provides a sense of belonging for new members by helping them get acquainted with all of our current members and new members in their pledge class. During this experience, we will also host a new member retreat where we will build lasting friendships and memories. I am super excited to help all our new members make Alpha Xi Delta their home away from home!
