Alpha Xi Delta’s national philanthropy is the Kindly Hearts Initiative, which focuses on supporting children experiencing foster care or homelessness. Through this initiative, our sisters are committed to raising awareness, volunteering, and fundraising to provide meaningful support to children and families in need.We also have the opportunity to support our local impact organization the USD-383 FIT Closet, here in Manhattan, KS. An organization that partners with students & families in need by providing clothes, school supplies, and other necessities. At Kansas State, our chapter takes pride in hosting events and partnering with local organizations that directly impact the Manhattan community. From fundraising events to hands-on service opportunities, our sisters work together to make a difference. Philanthropy is at the heart of what we do. It’s one of the ways we live out our values and grow together as a sisterhood.
The Kindly Hearts Initiative
The Kindly Hearts Initiative serves as the umbrella to our national philanthropic focus of supporting children and teens experiencing foster care or homelessness.
